When you complete the Leadership Diagnostic, we collect: • Your responses to the 15 diagnostic questions • Contact information you voluntarily provide (name, email address) • Completion time and session metadata • Technical data such as browser type and IP address (anonymized) We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or data from third-party sources without your explicit consent.

Your diagnostic responses are used exclusively to: • Provide a personalized behavioral pattern analysis • Enable Horváth Anett to prepare a tailored follow-up consultation • Improve the diagnostic instrument over time (in aggregate, anonymized form) We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your diagnostic data is restricted to Horváth Anett and authorized technical personnel only. We retain your data for a maximum of 24 months from submission, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable), you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") • Object to or restrict processing of your data • Receive your data in a portable format To exercise any of these rights, contact us at anett@horvath-leadership.com.

This website uses minimal cookies necessary for functionality (session management and progress saving). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the diagnostic experience (progress saving will not function).

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with this site in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data. You may opt out of analytics tracking by using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts.
